Welcome to Artisan Stack. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of artwork, prints, and services offered through this website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Artisan Stack offers the following products and services:
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
For commission work, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion before delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item size. We ship worldwide using tracked and insured shipping services. Delivery times typically range from 5-14 business days for domestic orders and 10-21 business days for international orders.
Commission timelines are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Typical completion time is 4-8 weeks depending on complexity.
If you are unsatisfied with your original artwork purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return. Please note, this does not include commissioned works. Commissioned works are discussed and agreed upon between the customer and Artisan-Stack. Once formal invoice is sent and payment is collected, all sales are final.
Prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. We will provide a replacement or full refund including return shipping. For returns due to buyer's remorse, returns are accepted within 14 days with a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Due to the custom nature of commission work, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. However, we provide progress updates and approve key stages with you to ensure satisfaction. If the final piece significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications through our error, we will work with you to remedy the situation or provide a partial refund.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded due to their nature. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, our return policy applies.
You may cancel a commission project before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but you may cancel the remaining work for a prorated refund based on the percentage of work completed.
All physical items are insured during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos (if damaged) or tracking information. We will file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in denial of future purchase privileges.
All artwork, including digital downloads and prints, are protected by copyright law. Purchasers receive the physical product or a license for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of artwork requires written permission and may require additional licensing fees.
For commission pieces, the client receives the physical artwork, but copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
Certain original artworks may be subject to export restrictions or cultural heritage laws. International buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import regulations and any associated customs fees or taxes.
Artisan Stack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Occasionally, we may offer promotional discounts or special offers. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are void where prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artisan Stack operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
